           HOW TO PLAY THE GAME

            When new members join the club, they receive free coaching from, George
              Hayman, the club coach. Equipment will be supplied, however, flat soled
                 shoes are a requirement - in the first instance trainers are acceptable.
                                        (See below about buying equipment.)

           During the season, every Wednesday evening at 6pm all members meet for
             a Club Evening. Teams are drawn at random with everyone participating
                                                             in matches. 

            Coaching can be given on Wednesday evenings or at a time arranged
                                                           with the coach.

          BUYING EQUIPMENT

       New bowlers are advised not to rush into buying new equipment. They should seek advice from the club coach and other members before doing so.

     When the time comes to purchase equipment, there are two main suppliers near to Windsor.
